hey, what’s up! i’m livy, a girl trying her best to navigate teen life in a post-pandemic society that’s been taken over by a a family social media, netflix, and the internet in general.
i created this podcast to share my own, as well as others’ ideas, opinions, and experiences in an effort to allow teens who may feel isolated or that “nobody’s going through anything similar” as them, feel more included and seen — like a team, hence team teens!
we’re all learning and growing here, so this podcast is for anybody (from teachers to teens to parents) that would like to join the journey!!
